The uncoiler is a special equipment for leveling metal plates. The machine body is a welded box-shaped structure. The variable frequency speed regulating motor drives the reel shaft after being reduced by the gear box to provide the main power for the uncoiler.
The uncoiler is a special equipment for leveling metal plates. It is used to level steel plates and uneven plates. It can be used to form uncoiler, leveling, shearing production lines and other plate product production lines according to relevant configurations. It is suitable for machinery, vehicles, metal products, household appliances, steel structures, decoration and other industries.
The uncoiler is one of the indispensable and important equipment in the welded pipe production line. One of its functions is to support the steel coil by tightening the inner hole of the steel coil; the other is to send the head of the steel strip into the leveling machine by rotating with the cooperation of the straightening machine. Therefore, the performance of the uncoiler is crucial to the entire production line. In many years of design practice, the structure of the uncoiler has been continuously optimized and improved, so that the performance of the uncoiler has been improved.
The main shaft of the uncoiler has two functions, one is to drive the steel coil to rotate; the other is to tighten the steel coil. The realization of tightening is usually completed by the oil cylinder or cylinder installed together with the main shaft to push the inclined slider. Small units use cylinders and large units use oil cylinders; the realization of rotation is usually completed by the motor driving the main shaft to rotate through the reducer. The oil cylinder or air cylinder installed on the main shaft must rotate with the main shaft, and the oil cylinder or air cylinder must be connected to one end of the working medium pipeline, and the other end of the pipeline must be connected to the hydraulic station or solenoid valve.
The uncoiler is arranged at the front end of the unit entrance, corresponding to the No. 1 and No. 2 steel coil trolleys respectively. One of the functions of the unit’s uncoiler is to uncoil while maintaining the strip tension. Another significant function is that it can realize automatic centering of the strip under central control (CPC). Conventional continuous unwinding and color coating units are equipped with two uncoilers. Since the two uncoilers uncoil alternately, they create prerequisites for the continuous production of subsequent equipment of the unit. The shearing production line is equipped with an uncoiler. The strip tension at the entrance section is jointly established by the uncoiler and the No. 1 tension roller group of the unit.
The uncoiler body is a welded box-shaped structure. The variable frequency speed motor drives the reel shaft after deceleration through the gear box to provide the main power for the uncoiler. The reel of the uncoiler is a hollow shaft, which is supported on the gear box body by two bearings, and a transmission spur gear is installed between the bearings. The gear box is lubricated by forced lubrication, and two constant speed motors are equipped for the closed-loop oil lubrication system. The mandrel is a cantilever structure. When unwinding, its front end is supported by an external support bearing to maintain the rigidity and stability of the unwinder.
The mandrel of the unwinder is connected to four fan-shaped plates through inclined dovetail grooves on four end faces. Each fan-shaped plate is prevented from axial movement by a radial slide at the tail end, but can expand and contract radially. A rotating oil cylinder is connected to the tail end of the reel shaft. The piston rod of the oil cylinder drives the front four-sided shaft to slide axially through the pull rod in the center of the reel shaft, thereby driving the fan-shaped plate to expand and contract radially. The nominal diameter of the reel can be increased by adding four fan-shaped plates. The unwinder frame can move on the guide rail of the machine base and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve center position control. In order to enhance the stability of the reel, a support arm device is designed at the head of the reel. When there is a steel coil on the reel, the support arm is driven by the oil cylinder to support the head of the reel. The support arm is retracted at ordinary times and will not affect the winding of the steel coil.
In order to make the service life of the uncoiler longer, we need to carefully perform daily maintenance on it. The steps are as follows :
1. Refuel each oil cup lubrication and manual lubrication point as required.
2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the uncoiler. The thickness of the plate is 20mm, the maximum length is 2500mm, and the yield limit of the rolled plate material is less than 250Mpa.
3. After turning on the power, perform the positive and negative directions of the lower roller and the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, and check whether there is abnormal jamming in each movement.
4. Strictly operate according to the uncoiler plate rolling processing procedures and operating methods. When the upper roller is lifted to the limit position, pay great attention to the safe operation of the equipment.
5. Only when the main drive is stopped can the upper roller be lifted and lowered, the tilting and resetting of the flip bearing and the lifting of the upper roller be carried out.
6. During the operation, if irregular noise, impact and other abnormal phenomena are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7. During the operation, all personnel should coordinate with each other and obey the command of the person in charge of the plate rolling. It is forbidden to start the machine without a command.
8. When operating the uncoiler to roll the plate, be careful not to let your hands get pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together with the steel plate.
9. When using a crane to lift the steel plate or roll, be careful not to collide with the machine. After the uncoiler is finished, make sure that the site is cleaned up after the work is completed, and do a good job of equipment maintenance and turn off the power in time.
